Oval retrofit filter cartridges are suitable for many industrial processes like welding, grinding, plasma & laser cutting, shot blasting, foundry processes, metal polishing and finishing, powder coating, pharmaceutical processes, food processes. Dust types that can be handled: dry dust types (non-explosive & explosive), fibrous dust and/or sticky dust, metal process dust & fumes, carbon black & toners, plastic dust, wood dust, pharmaceutical dust.

Comment
We use synthetic beads to hold the pleats of the cartridge open. Opening the pleats exposes more media to the airstream and creates a longer-lasting, higher efficiency filter cartridge. Our techniques are not found in competitive cartridges, which are packed too tightly to properly utilize their media.
Our pleating technology is a step above older pleating methods. Using less compressed air and lowering the energy demand of the fan motor will save you money.
The filter media used for oval retrofit filter cartridges is available with different properties to ensure best filtration performance for many industries, applications and types of dust.
- Filter structure: The wind resistance when the air passes through the filter is smaller, so that the purified air can quickly circulate in the room, and the energy consumption of the air purifier can be reduced and electricity can be saved.
- Eco-friendly materials: The activated carbon filter uses recyclable activated carbon materials, which can be properly recycled after the end of the filter's life
- Easy to replace: The filter is easy to install and replace. All you need to do is open the air purifier's filter compartment, remove the old filter, and insert the new one.
